Pat's Bio. Pat's career as an actor came about purely by chance. His grandmother heard a radio announcement calling for people under 4-feet in height to try out for Return of the Jedi. She took young Pat (then only 2-foot-11) to the audition. Originally cast as a background artist, Pat's posture and gestures were so characteristic of George Lucas's vision of an Ewok that he was cast as Wicket, who became one of the film's lead creature characters. "I based Wicket's inquisitive nature and movements on my pet dog," says Pat. His starring role in Willow marked the first time a short actor had been the lead character in a major motion picture. Toy figures of Wicket were released after the films opening and were labeled, Wicket W. Sheehan. Pat takes this as a huge compliment. "Willow" was the first opportunity Pat had to show that his acting talent extended beyond the portrayal of strange creatures. After an extensive world-wide promotional tour for Willow, Pat returned to England and was immediately back in front of the camera and behind the mask, this time for the "small" screen. He was cast in the BBC classic "The Chronicles of Narnia." Where he played a swashbuckling mouse named "Reepicheep". In 1991, Pat began shooting the now legendary film "Leprechaun in Hollywood" The horror/comedy achieved cult status and prompted three sequels to be made, including "Leprechaun in the Hood", where he co-starred with none other than Ice T. Lately, Pat has been working on several projects of his own, However, he says he would always be more than happy to go back to that galaxy far, far away......
